Our Process
Stage 1: Quote
When you fill out a Quick Quote form on any product page, or the form found here, we will get back to you via the email address you have provided in the quote form. For a faster, direct quote, call us at 979-450-1238. When your initial ordering is complete, we will move on to stage 2.
Stage 2: Artwork/Art Approval
Unless you have supplied high-quality, pre-made artwork, our award-winning art department will get to work on your order. We will create custom-designed, high-quality artwork and conveniently send it to your email address for approval. At this time you can request that changes be made to the artwork, or you can simply approve the artwork as-is. When the artwork approval process is complete, the order proceeds to stage 3.
Stage 3: Screen-Printing/Heat-Press/Embroidery
The type of order you have placed determines this stage, and time for completion will vary depending on the order type and quantity.
For screen-printed orders, our specially-trained technicians will begin printing your order as soon as possible. For more detailed information on the screen-printing process, click here.
If heat-press is requested, then this is done when the screen-printing process, if any, is completed. Your supplied listing of names and/or numbers will be accurately heat-pressed in the size and location of your choice.
If your order consists of embroidery, our embroidery specialists will begin working on your order as soon as possible. For more information on the embroidery process, click here.
Stage 4: Shipping
When the previous stage is completed, we will immediately ship your order. If requested, and depending on the shipping method, tracking numbers can be provided.
